Introducing Premium Pricing
Due to the rising costs of our suppliers and other costs of doing business, effective January 7, 2012, Kabuki Springs & Spa will implement a 10% premium pricing on treatments booked on the weekends. This will apply to all massages, facials and body treatments scheduled on Saturday and Sunday only. The prices for the baths will remain the same and the prices for massage during the week will not change, either. We sincerely hope this policy allows all of you to continue to enjoy our facility, as it continues to allow us to support our employees and provide you the oasis you have come to expect.

People experience our spa to promote their health. Please respect the health of our other clients and not use the facilities if you are feeling under the weather.
Effortless Appointments and Spa Entry Assistance
Massage and treatment appointments are available daily and reservations are recommended. Our Reservations Center is open from 10am to 6pm daily. A credit card is required to assure your appointment.
A 50% cancellation fee applies for reservations not canceled a minimum of 24 hours before your treatment.
Our weekend spa treatment appointments tend to be booked out at least two weeks in advance.
If you have a massage or treatment appointment and are using the communal facilities, you will not need to sign our waiting list. Please, however, arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment.
The waiting list for our communal baths is often longer on Tuesday nights, and all day Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
We do not limit the time while you are bathing. Therefore when we are at capacity, we cannot foresee when the next locker key will be available.
With the waiting list in effect, you will not lose your place if you leave our waiting area. Japantown and Fillmore Street is filled with many spots to fill anyone's appetite with cafes, sushi bars, and boutiques.
Group Concierge
For parties of eight or more, please contact Patrick Shiiba, our Group Concierge, at least four weeks in advance of event. He will assist in booking your reservations and make recommendations to ensure your group's needs are met on your special day. Please note that all treatments are performed in individual spaces.
