Thai yoga massage is one fully clothed on the floor mat and is an exemplary holistic massage. It relieves muscular tension, and balances the body on an energetic, physical and organic level. Be prepared to feel energized and deeply moved following the treatment. It is not recommended for anyone with any kind of spinal injury or serious back or hip issues.

Swedish Massage
Swedish massage is the best-known type of massage. If it's your first time at a spa, this is an ideal style to start with. During Swedish massage, therapists generally use oils or lotions to facilitate smooth, warming strokes. Other techniques include kneading, friction, percussion, and vibration. We also offer massage for pregnant women and request that you notify us when making your reservation.

Shiatsu Massage
A Japanese style literally meaning "finger pressure", Shiatsu is an ancient form of massage performed to release energy blockages. Thumbs, fingers, forearms, elbows, knees, and feet are used to apply pressure to specific areas of the body determined during an assessment prior to the session. Techniques like tapping, squeezing, rubbing, and applied pressure are used during a Shiatsu massage. Oil is not used.

Grounding
This nurturing foot treatment leaves you feeling grounded in the Mother Earth. An aromatic foot wash is followed by an exfoliation and a delicious foot massage, while you are lying on a warm spinal treatment of self-heating mud.

Prenatal massage:
Our therapists are trained in either side lying work, or with the use of the "body cushion". Please let our reservation staff know if you have any special needs, as well as how many weeks pregnant you are.
Craniosacral Therapy:
Using a soft touch, the practitioner releases restrictions in the craniosacral system, working with the cerebrospinal fluid of the spine and brain
Reiki:
Reiki is an ancient system of natural healing that works with the human energy bio-field. It is administered with a light touch of the hands upon various parts of the body in a pattern that promotes optimum energy balancing.
