Appointments

Massage and treatment appointments are available daily. Our Reservations Center is open from 10 am to 6 pm daily by calling 415.922.6000 or booking online. Our friendly and helpful staff will be happy to assist you in scheduling your appointment and answering any questions you may have.

We recommend that all guests make reservations prior to arrival at Kabuki Springs & Spa. Please note that our weekend spa treatment appointments tend to be booked out at least two weeks in advance.

All appointments must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Payment may be made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, debit card, or cash. Gratuities for all services are much appreciated.



Cancellations

A 50% cancellation fee applies for reservations canceled with less than 24-hour notice. This fee goes directly to the therapists who would have provided your reserved service. This policy helps retain great employees for they rely on us to provide them a busy schedule.

All clients who are receiving massage, facial, and all other body treatments will be required to sign a Waiver of Liability.

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your massage and 30 minutes or more if you plan on taking advantage of the communal baths.

Guests only using the communal baths are required to sign a waiting list. Please note that the waiting list is often longer on Tuesday nights and all day Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. If you have a massage or treatment appointment and are using the communal facilities, you will not need to sign the waiting list.

We do not limit the time while you are bathing. Therefore, when we are at capacity, we cannot foresee when the next locker key will be available.  

With the waiting list in effect, you will not lose your place if you choose to leave our waiting area. Japantown and Fillmore Street offer a plethora of cafes, sushi bars, and boutiques to spend time while you wait.

Hot baths, saunas and steam are not recommended for pregnant women or for persons with high blood pressure or a heart condition.
